We will happily refund the purchase price or offer an exchange for any product not meeting your satisfaction, provided you contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods. Delivery costs are not covered in refunds or exchanges. Contact us via email or phone for returns procedure and processing of refunds.

DESPATCH/DELIVERY
We deliver to Australian postal addresses using Australia Post and Australian Air Express to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service. Allow 10 working days for processing, despatch and delivery from placement of your order. All large items (lamps, furniture) are delivered by Cluny Concepts courier service.
